Adriano Almeida Estou há dois dias a tentar ligar para o Centro de Saúde de Anadia pois tenho urgência em entrar em cantacto com a médica de família da minha mãe e não me posso deslocar pessoalmente, uma vez que resido em São Miguel – Açores e ninguém atende os telefones. Já liguei mais de 50 vezes, durante a tarde de ontem, dia 13 e a manhã de hoje dia 14 e nada. Por várias vezes que levantam o auscultador e desligam a chamada.
Esta situação é recorrente pois já aconteceu outras vezes que tive que contactar este centro de saúde. -

mariana santos Pior atendimento de sempre, desde médicos a funcionários e pior é que os poucos que têm em condições, fica tudo no mesmo saco.
Para além de não atenderem o telefone, falam mal com as pessoas, não têm profissionalismo nenhum nem vontade de fazer nada, dão a entender que nos estão a fazer algum favor.
Não percebo como é possível nos tempos de hoje existirem funcionários a fazerem o que lhes apetece sem supervisão, vergonhoso. -

monica paul Atendimento vergonhoso, contactos permanentemente desligados, funcionarios administrativos com pouca vontade de prestar serviço de qualidade que um utente merece quando se dirige a um posto de saude, certamente que quando o faz é porque precisa e não para passar o seu tempo……….

Luísa O contato de telefone que é conhecimento público , de todos 231519600 , depois de estar uma hora a tentar ligar e o telefone estar sempre desligado, tive que me deslocar ao centro de saúde presencialmente onde a funcionária , me disse com um vontade enorme que a telefonista estava de baixa e o telefone não estava a funcionar por isso . Pergunto eu , será que o telefone está doente também ?
Que situação ridícula .
Além de tudo disse que havia outros números que eu deveria saber e ia tentando até atenderem .
Isto não é possível acontecer nos dias de hoje ainda mais quem representa
Uma entidade pública e o sofrimento dos outros .
