isabel maria rodrigues santos oliveira No dia 09/10/2024 tentei contato com os serviços da Balsa no Centro de Saúde de Tavira, tendo realizado mais de 40 chamadas, sem conseguir que alguém atenda o telefone. Funcionárias a trabalhar sem atenderem uma única chamada, serviço lamentável.
Lamentável o serviço prestado, dado o atendimento telefónico ser prioritário.
Nem devolução de chamadas.
Tentamos fazer tudo via internet, sistema em baixo, SNS não consegue marcações de consultas, uma vergonha. -

André Braz Sou um cidadão português que recentemente regressou ao nosso país, hoje depois de ser encaminhado pelo SNS24 dirigi-me ao centro de saúde de Tavira para ter a pior experiência no serviço nacional de saúde que tanto defendo e também me tem atendido.
Cheguei ao centro de saúde, hoje dia 21/11/2023 pelas 16:15 h, dirijo-me as urgências onde sou informado que o atendimento era feito no pavilhão exterior, lá vou eu com a minha filha doente ao colo até ao dito pavilhão, assim que entro o senhor administrativo me encaminha de novo para o centro de onde tinha acabado de sair para ir buscar uma senha ao senhor segurança, o mesmo que me mandou para o tal pavilhão, e lá vou eu buscar a senha com a criança doente ao colo, chego ao senhor segurança, peço a senha, o senhor dá-me uma senha de enfermagem e diz para eu dizer que era para a criança ser vista pelo médico, eu volto com a criança doente ao colo para o tal pavilhão, entrego a senha do administrativo, o senhor mesmo a minha frente pergunta ao médico se atende a criança, ao que o médico responde com um nao redondo! Eu digo, desculpe eu fui encaminhado pelo SNS24, venho de Martin longo, fiz uma hora de estrada de serra porque fui encaminhado pelo SNS24!
O senhor doutor voltou a negar o atendimento e fui mandado embora porque o doutor já tinha atendido a senhas todas do dia de hoje!
Nem o encaminhamento para outro centro de saúde foi feito!
Eu incrédulo com a situação, pego na minha filha meto a criança no carro para procurar ajuda noutro centro, qual não é o meu espanto ao olhar para a lateral do contentor “pavilhão” e está o doutor com o administrativo cada um com o seu cigarro na galhofa mesmo a minha frente!
Eu vim para o centro de saúde de Vila Real onde me encontro a espera e onde fui muito bem recebido na triagem, como terá sido a tarde dos doentes que ficaram a espera do senhor doutor em Tavira????
Tenho a dizer que me recuso a viver em Tavira, cancelarei as negociações para comprar da minha casa em Tavira, pois se a minha filha com 6 anos doente não tem direito a ser atendida no centro de saúde nem quero pensar se for uma situação mais grave!!!!
E assim acabou o meu sonho de viver em Tavira!!!!
É mesmo muito triste!

Rosa Dias Leio opiniões positivas sobre o funcionamento desta unidade de saúde. Ainda bem que isso acontece para bem dos utentes. No entanto, ocorreram situações muito graves que não foram denunciadas. O meu marido morreu com um cancro porque o seu médico de família ” se esqueceu” , durante um ano, de passar uma prescrição para fazer uma colonoscopia, sabendo que o exame ao sangue oculto nas fezes tinha dado positivo. Negligência grosseira e fatal. Ele sabe disso. Ficou tudo registado no seu computador. Felizmente que se reformou recentemente. Assassinos de bata branca.

José Carlos Guerra Grave No dia 22 de Julho do corrente ano, depois do insucesso no atendimento numa unidade de saúde privada e pouco convencido do diagnóstico ali feito, dirigi-me, em boa hora, ao Centro de Saúde de Tavira para verificação médica sobre um inchaço no meu pé direito, sendo que, logo na receção, fomos (eu e minha mulher) simpaticamente atendidos. Apenas uma hora e pouco de espera, fui atendido pelo médico Dr. Tiago Macedo, que bastou olhar para o pé inchado, disse logo: isto é uma infeção, foi um bicho que lhe mordeu. Para o efeito, com as duas mãos e sem luvas, apalpou o pé, sentiu que estava quente, sinal que se tratava de uma infeção. Voltou a apalpar para verificar se havia retenção de líquidos e como não havia indícios de tal, terminou o seu diagnostico (certeiro) de que se tratava de uma infeção provocada por uma mordidela de um bicho. Para o efeito, receitou-me um antibiótico, um anti-inflamatório e uma pomada. Acabado o tratamento, desapareceu o inchaço e a inflamação desapareceu. Obrigado Dr. Tiago Macedo, do Centro de Saíde de Tavira, pelo seu desempenho, profissionalismo, simpatia e boa disposição no atendimento.

Bruna Lisandra de Sousa Pacheco Hoje no dia 13/04/22 dirigi-me ao centro de saúde de tavira porque a minha filha esta com febre, enquanto esperava pela vez da minha filha chegou uma senhora com uma criança da mesma idade da minha filha. Assim que essa senhora fez a inscrição foi logo chamada para ser atendida, perguntei ao recepcionista qual a razão da senhora ser atendida primeiro, o recepcionista respondeu “damos prioridade às crianças mais jovens e como a filha da senhora é um pouco mais nova que a sua então ela tem prioridade.” em seguida chamaram o senhor que estava realmente a minha frente, e eu voltei a perguntar ao recepcionista qual o motivo de ter acabado repentinamente a prioridade da idade das crianças, ao qual me respondeu “agora estavmos a intercalar um adulto depois uma criança”. Eu percebi que aquilo era tudo uma desculpa e a senhora com certeza seria amiga de algum funcionário ou médico, perguntei ao recepcionista onde estava afixado essa informação da prioridade por idade de criança, porque legalmente para estar em vigor tem que estar afixado para informar os utentes. O recepcionista ficou atrapalhado e nao me soube responder, acho vergonhoso este tipo de serviço prestado, somos todos contribuintes e deveriamos ser tratados de forma igual.

David Cashmore David Monday 7th June. I had a very upsetting experience with one of your female staff. I went in to ask for some advice. I approached a member of staff on reception and said “Bon dia fala Ingles”. She replied loudly and aggressive “nao fala Ingles, fala Portuguese” and then totally ignored me. So I went to a different desk and asked the same question, she was extremely friendly and helpful, as were the other members of staff. What sort of message is this giving to other people who are entitled to use the service you provide? If any member of the management team reads this please contact me and I will explain in greater detail.

Nas vezes que consultámos o Centro de Saúde em Tavira, recebemos um atendimento rápido, abrangente e de boa qualidade. Os funcionários da recepção são profissionais, simpáticos e falam inglês bastante bem. Os médicos e enfermeiras dão confiança, demoram e são muito cuidadosos.
